1988年本科毕业于华东化工学院流体机械专业,1991年硕士毕业于华东理工大学机械学专业,2009年博士毕业于华东理工大学化工机械专业。1991年开始从事教学科研工作,2011年-2012年在美国加州大学伯克利分校做访问学者。兼任中国机械工程学会流体机械分会理事,上海市机械工程学会理事,上海机械工程学会流体工程泵专业委员会副主任,上海通用机械行业协会流体工程副主任委员,工程教育认证委员会认证专家。

1963年生,博士,教授,博士生导师,机械工程一级学科博士点负责人,机械机械设计制造及其自动化专业责任教授,政协上海市十一届和十二届委员、十三届常委。民盟华东理工大学委员会副主委、民盟上海市委常委,教育部机械基础教学指导委员会委员,华东理工大学学报等4家国内期刊的编委,10余家国外期刊的长期审稿人,中国工程机械学会理事,1996年1月毕业于浙江大学机械学专业,获得工学博士学位。曾于1999年前往英国LEEDS大学摩擦学实验室进行为期一年的访问研究。2001年晋升为教授,2003年被评为博士生导师。

工程摩擦学、转子动力学、流体润滑、密封理论及其应用、现代设计方法研究、现代新产品开发研究。
主持或参与国家级及企业各类项目30余项。
在国内外重要期刊及会议上发 表论文300余篇,获得国内专利40余项, 出版教材3部(主编)。承担本科生核心课程《机械设计》、《机械设计课程设计》、研究生课程《工程摩擦学》、博士生课程《现代流体润滑理论》等课程的教学 工作。3次获得上海市教学成果2等奖,3次获得华东理工大学教学成果1等奖,2次获得上海市科技成果3等奖,2003年获得宝钢优秀教师奖,2004年被评为华东理工大学最具 人格魅力的好老师称号,2007年被评为上海市高校教学名师, 2013 年被全校研究生投票评选为华东理工大学“良师益友”称号,2016年获得上海市教书育人楷模提名奖,2016年获得国务院特殊津贴。

固体力学和应用数学 (Solid Mechanics & Applied Mathematics)。
研究兴趣包括压电材料断裂、复合材料中的非理想界面和界面层问题、复合材料中的粘性及粘弹性界面、高温复合材料细观力学、位错与界面或边界的相互作用、多 夹杂体相互作用、多铁(multiferroic)复合材料整体和局部行为、新型热电(thermoelectric)材料的行为、纳米材料(如纳米线) 的力学行为、Van der Waals力作用下的薄膜失稳、功能梯度材料宏细观力学行为分析以及应变梯度理论。最近对Eshelby猜想、中性夹杂、调和夹杂、隐身结构 (cloaking structure)和各向异性弹性力学的研究取得有趣结果。

一直从事污染物分离利用理论、方法、技术和装置的研究开发工作,近5年主持了包括973计划、国家自然科学基金、上海市重点基础研究项目在内的科研课题10余项。在Separation Science and Technology、Minerals Engineering等以第一或通讯作者发表论文30余篇,其中SCI收录19篇,EI收录13篇。已授权荷兰、美国、中国发明专利15件,授权中国实用新型专利1件,申请中国发明专利12件。入选973计划青年科学家专题负责人(2013)、国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金(2013)、中共中央组织部首批青年拔尖人才支持计划(2012)、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划(2012)、全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名(2012)、上海市优秀博士学位论文(2011)、上海市青年科技启明星(2010)和上海市青年科技英才(两年评选一次,每次十人,2010)。
